Job Description
- Education & Certifications (Advantageous):
- Tertiary qualification in IT Computer Science or a related field
- Certifications:MCSE CompTIA Network Security Azure or AWS
- Experience:
- 35 yearsin aSystems Engineer / Network Engineerrole
- 35 yearsin anIT managementrole
- Strong background in managingmultisite IT infrastructure & networks
Technical Expertise:
- Network setup & administration (VLAN advanced routing and monitoring)
- Microsoft Office support & Windows OS troubleshooting
- Backup & recovery systemssetup and maintenance
- Windows Server environments (AD DHCP DNS and NPS management)
- Hybrid cloud & enterprise networking (Fortinet and SDWAN configurations)
- Cybersecurity frameworks(ISO 27001 knowledge advantageous)
- ICT procurement asset & inventory management
- Project management principles
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monitor and optimizeICT systems & network infrastructure for maximum availability
- Plan implement and maintainIT business applications while ensuring security best practices
- Oversee daily ICT operations including support maintenance and administrative tasks
- Configure monitor and troubleshoot SDWANfor optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Manageron threat detection incident response and vulnerability management
- Drive ICT innovationto enhance reliability and scalability across all sites
