About the Role
Are you a seasoned SAP professional with a passion for driving business transformation We re looking for a dynamic SAP R2R Lead to take charge of our RecordtoReport function owning the global template and leading endtoend SAP financial solutions that propel business growth and efficiency. This is your chance to shape the future of finance operations by aligning strategy technology and stakeholder needs in a fastpaced international environment.
What You ll Do
Define and champion a clear product vision and roadmap for RTR that directly supports business goals and maximizes value.
Lead and prioritize product initiatives by leveraging market trends financial insights and stakeholder feedback.
Be the key liaison across Finance Technology Operations and Executive teams ensuring alignment on objectives timelines and resources.
Own and uphold the highest standards for the Global Template in RTR delivering new capabilities and enhancements seamlessly.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through design development testing launch adoption and ongoing support.
Craft detailed requirements and documentation to ensure clarity and shared understanding across teams.
Collaborate closely with finance to align product financials with company budgets and strategies prioritizing highimpact initiatives.
Establish and track product and business KPIs to measure success and fuel datadriven decisionmaking.
Lead mentor and inspire a diverse team of analysts and experts fostering innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What You Bring
Proven success delivering business transformation programs and full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) with handson solution design and delivery.
Strong technical understanding of SAP integrations (Concur Ariba AP Automation Multi Bank Connectivity Vendor Invoice Management).
Extensive RecordtoReport (RTR) process knowledge including Finance Master Data AP/AR Asset & Bank Accounting Costing Customer Credit Management Material Ledger.
SAP S/4HANA certifications in RecordtoReport modules (additional SAP certs a bonus).
Ability to bridge technical and functional domains communicating complex ideas clearly to both expert and nontechnical stakeholders including senior management.
Solid grasp of AGILE methodologies and experience delivering SAP solutions in an agile environment.
Experience working within fastpaced multicultural international teams.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and developing highperforming teams and delivering impactful results.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business, Analytics, IT, or a related field. Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, business-IT liaison roles, or a similar field. Proven experience in data management, data governance, and project management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView). Strong knowledge of data processes, data modeling, and predictive analytics. Expertise in data governance and ensuring data quality standards. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IT infrastructure for hosting and managing data environments. Financial Management: Experience managing Capex and Opex for analytics projects. Strong skills in reviewing vendor proposals, managing cost-effective solutions, and assessing quotes. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee analytics projects from demand management through to delivery. Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Business & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, such as Managing Directors and Functional Directors, to drive analytics initiatives. Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives. Data Literacy & Adoption: Ability to drive data literacy programs and advocate for the adoption of data assets across business. Experience in identifying competency gaps and organizing relevant training or learning sessions. Governance & Compliance: Strong understanding of data governance policies and practices. Ability to conduct access reviews, manage data access permissions, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations. Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to work across diverse geographies and cultures, particularly in African markets. Understanding of the African business landscape, local market dynamics, and regulatory environments is a significant advantage. Soft Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data integrity issues. Leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to lead teams, foster relationships, and engage effectively with both technical and business leaders.
