Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce or a related field.
- 36 years of experience in product management ideally in a technologydriven environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of idea generation and MVP testing.
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand unit economics and ROI.
- Proficiency in data analysis and quantitative skills to make datadriven decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute product strategies.
- Excellent operational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Entrepreneurial Thinking: Generate and explore new product ideas and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for testing and validation.
- Financial Acumen: Understand unit economics and ROI (Return on Investment) to make informed decisions about product investments and resource allocation.
- Analytics and Quantitative Skills: Utilize data and quantitative analysis to inform product development and optimization continuously improving product performance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the overall business objectives identifying market opportunities and positioning products for success.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee product development processes ensuring efficient execution and delivery while managing resources effectively.
- Leadership Skills: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams provide clear direction and inspire a culture of innovation and excellence.
