Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Your first mission will be to optimise the performance of the network of
portfolio managers that manage merchants underwrite and manage loans. This includes building great systems & tools to help them make better decisions and achieve success by building large portfolios of wellperforming loans. - Automate Delegate or Digitise the manual processes in the pillar
- Build out a coaching and performance management system to achieve 90% of team above target
- Systematize the management of the pillar incentives and tools
Skills You Will Use or Develop:
- Systems: Building and managing a system of people incentives tools and processes
- Design & Communication: Solving problems by improving the UI people use.
- Commercial Problem Solving
- Technical Skills: To learn to build in Zoho
- Data Analysis
