Job Description
Contract position
Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications or related certification in Information systems/technology or related field
- A minimum of 5 years experience in software training
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in creating digital training material for distance learning
Responsibilities:
- Conducting Seminars and workshops to educate employees on the software including how to use the programs features and functions
- Providing onsite customer support for users of the software such as answering questions about how to use the software or troubleshooting problems
- Creating computer training materials such as slides text and other visual that can be used to teach others how to use a piece of software
- Maintaining uptodate knowledge about new products and industry trends related to computer software to provide effective training
- Creating documentation for training materials and providing feedback to authors who are creating documentation for software products
