Job Description
As a Compliance Associate you will be at the heart of the firms onboarding and monitoring functions. Youll collaborate across teamsincluding Investments Investor Relations and Paymentsas well as with external partners to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence. This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of compliance activities in a fast-paced mission-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
Conduct KYC due diligence on new clients and partners verifying identity documentation and managing related records
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients including PEPs
Monitor ongoing transactions for suspicious activity and ensure AML policy compliance
Execute risk assessments for new and existing clients
Support regulatory reporting processes
Maintain key compliance registers and documentation ensuring proper record-keeping
Assist in delivering compliance training and improving internal compliance processes
Skills & Experience:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to represent the organization professionally
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Comfortable with technology and eager to adopt new tools and systems
While direct experience in asset management or financial regulation is not required a general understanding of the industry is expected. Prior compliance experience is preferred
Qualification:
Related experience or a degree in investment management
