We re seeking a proactive and organized Hikvision Project Scheduler & Field Dispatch Coordinator to manage our technical field teams for installations maintenance and support. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of CCTV systems access control deployment workflows and material readiness requirements. You will manage scheduling via Zoho Projects coordinate with the rigging and installation teams and ensure every job has the correct kit time frame and technician allocation.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. Specialized training/certifications in sales management and office automation. Industry knowledge in office automation products and trends. Strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in negotiation and financial acumen. Computer literacy, including CRM software. Leadership and problem-solving abilities. Customer-focused mindset and networking skills.
