Legal Talent Solution Proposal

Dual-Qualified UK/South African Attorneys Remote Delivery Model

Salary R500 000 to Rp/a pending on experience

Client Overview

Our client is a UK-based legal consultancy that specializes in providing commercial corporate and compliance-related legal services to UK businesses including SMEs and mid-sized corporates. With increasing client demand and the need to scale cost-effectively they are exploring offshore legal talent that maintains high quality while reducing operational costs.

Role Summary: Dual-Qualified Attorney (UK & South Africa)

Location: South Africa (Remote)
Structure: Full-time or part-time engagement (depending on need)
Reporting to: UK-based legal team

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice aligned with UK commercial and corporate law.
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts under UK jurisdiction.
  • Advise on cross-border legal matters and compliance.
  • Collaborate with UK clients and internal teams in real time.

Candidate Requirements

  • Admitted attorney in South Africa (LLB min.1 to 5 years PQE).
  • UK legal qualification (Solicitor of England and Wales preferred) or demonstrable UK legal experience.
  • Strong command of UK legal systems especially in commercial law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Home office setup with stable internet connection.
