Job Description
Our company is looking for a dedicated and talented Financial Assistant to join our team in the finance department. If you are an organized person attentive to detail and passionate about the world of finance this position could be right for you.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the correct registration of financial transactions in the companys accounting system;
- Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports;
- Working closely with the finance team to solve problems and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Monitoring of cash flows and management of financial documents according to the regulations in force.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of economics preferably specialization in Finance/Accounting;
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage;
- Solid knowledge of accounting and tax legislation;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Attention to detail and analytical capacity.
