Were looking for a Sales Manager to drive strategic sales expansion performance management and business growth across our three key sales departments:
- Direct Sales
- Consultation Service and Upselling Techniques
- Debit Order Sales
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who excels in optimizing sales processes improving customer experience and expanding business divisions. You will be responsible for overseeing sales performance and developing new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies across all departments to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the performance of all sales divisions ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Drive new business initiatives and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Oversee and optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Sales Division Leadership
- Develop and guide consultants and upsell sales.
- Debit order sales and collections until it is transitioned to Finance
- Lead performance of all sales divisions and teams.
- Sales Planning and KPI Tracking
- Monitor and analyse all departmental KPIs and team performances weekly/monthly.
- Ensure performance alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
- Drive a high-performance culture through accountability and coaching.
- Facilitate ongoing performance reviews and improvements
- Review sales data and develop new strategies.
- Set and monitor sales targets
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports to the Board.
- Maintain clear communication with leadership on business performance and challenges.
- Work with the Marketing department to implement new initiatives and updates to teams.
Qualifications :
Minimum Work Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in Sales Management Business Development or Growth Strategy.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Experience in the services industry (B2B/B2C) preferably in a high-volume sales environment.
- Experience working in various types sales environments from direct sales to cold calling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with sales process optimization and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated success in new business development (expanding services launching new revenue streams).
- Strong leadership and people management experience (managing multiple sales teams).
Additional Information :
In-house Training will be provided but we need you to be hands-on from the get-go.
