Job Description
Contract Duration: 8 Months Start: Mid-August 2025 End: April 2026
A public institution is seeking the services of a highly competent Project Management Service Provider to support the coordination facilitation and delivery of multiple exhibition projects scheduled between August 2025 and April 2026. This contract may be renewed depending on performance and project developments.
Scope of Services Includes (but is not limited to):
Project planning and scheduling
Exhibition design and development coordination
Procurement and supplier management
Exhibition fabrication and installation coordination
Budget tracking and financial reporting.
Marketing and public relations support
The service provider must provide a minimum of two (2) dedicated Project Managers and two (2) dedicated assistants for the full contract duration. Project Managers will work closely with curators exhibition teams and internal stakeholders.
