Job Description
Position : Senior Technical Marketing & Automation Specialist
Working Schedule : 9a-6p EST
Salary Range : $2500-$3500 / month (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
Our client is actively seeking an elite Senior Technical Marketing & Automation Specialist to manage and scale our digital infrastructure. This is not a junior marketing role we are looking for a seasoned expert with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in each of the following domains:
- GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Automation
- WordPress site development and management
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
- On-site and off-site SEO including backlinking
- AI chatbot and voice assistant platforms (Retel Closebot or similar)
This role demands deep technical fluency strategic thinking and a proven track record with portfolios case studies and references. You will be the primary architect and executor of our marketing technology stack building integrating testing optimizing and owning performance across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Build and optimize advanced workflows triggers lead nurturing sequences and automated appointment flows
- Design branded landing pages SMS/email campaigns pipelines surveys and funnel systems
- Maintain lead tracking CRM hygiene and integrated analytics
- Set up GHL email domain verification SMTP reputation management and automation triggers
Website Development & SEO (WordPress)
- Manage and optimize our WordPress website (Elementor plugins backups mobile responsiveness)
- Perform regular updates install tracking scripts and ensure site speed and SEO optimization
- Implement schema alt tags keyword-rich structure and technical SEO best practices
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant form integrations and secure data flow
Ads & Campaigns (Meta Google)
- Create manage and optimize high-performing ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Run A/B tests on copy creatives targeting and CTAs
- Build retargeting campaigns lookalike audiences and location-specific lead funnels
- Monitor ROI CPA conversion rates and suggest rapid adjustments
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant ad standards for mental health
AI Bots & Automation Systems
- Train and deploy Retel AI Closebot GHL chatbots and similar systems for new patient intake and triage
- Build structured conversation flows based on diagnosis services and FAQs
- Maintain and optimize AI scripts NLP logic and escalation flows
- Integrate AI bots into websites SMS and email campaigns
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor gap analysis
- Execute on-site optimization (content tags headings internal linking)
- Build and monitor high-quality backlinks (outreach guest posts citations)
- Conduct technical audits (e.g. crawlability Core Web Vitals broken links indexation)
- Report on keyword rankings and organic traffic growth
Reporting & Analytics
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Google Search Console Meta Insights and GHL dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across platforms
- Use heatmaps UTM tracking and session recordings for optimization
Required Tools & Software (Must Be Proficient):
- GoHighLevel (CRM automation funnel building)
- WordPress (Elementor theme customization plugin optimization)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram ads pixel setup)
- Google Ads (search display retargeting performance max)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- SEO Tools: Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog SurferSEO
- AI Bots: Retel AI Closebot ManyChat (or similar platforms)
- Email Marketing Tools: GHL native MailerLite or equivalent
- Zapier / (automation and integration)
- Canva or Adobe Suite (basic ad creative editing)
- Slack Notion ClickUp or Trello (for project communication)
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of deep hands-on experience in each of the following:
- GoHighLevel
- WordPress
- Meta & Google Ads
- SEO (on-site off-site backlinking)
- AI voice/chat bot platforms
- Portfolio of past campaigns GHL automations SEO work and/or websites youve built
- At least 2 references from past clients or supervisors who can speak to your performance
- Bonus: Familiarity with marketing in healthcare mental health or psychiatry settings
