Our client in Paarl is in need of a junior Administrative Assistant who will support the logistics team by tracking shipments handling transport documentation communicating with clients and performing general admin duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and follow up on shipments (delivery times status updates) Communicate with transport providers drivers and clients Maintain transport documents (waybills delivery notes invoices) Capture data into logistics and admin systems Compile daily and weekly shipment reports General office admin and filing
Requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate) Experience in logistics or freight tracking (advantageous) Proficient in MS Excel Word and email Strong organisational and communication skills Able to multitask and perform under pressure Detail-oriented and accurate Please email your CV through to with a photo salary expectation location and availabilit.
