Job Description
- Minimum of 5 years in tree farming and experience of the hospitality industry
- Experience in guest farm management is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic.
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven management and leadership capabilities.
- Valid drivers license
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Manage workers to do maintenance on the farm including roads buildings tree plantation firebreaks vehicles lawns firewood for syndicate houses.
- Manage domestic cleaners to maintain the guest and other houses.
- Identify opportunities to increase income for the shareholders to make the farm more sustainable.
