Job Title: Business Development Representative International Moving Sales
Location: Remote (South Africa) Working Hours: U.S. Time Zones
Salary: $1500 $2000 USD/month plus commission and incentives

About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the international sales team. This is a remote position based in South Africa with working hours aligned to U.S. time zones. The BDR will handle warm inbound leads and is responsible for guiding prospects through the sales process and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and convert inbound and warm leads (no cold calling required)
- Consult with potential customers to understand their international moving needs
- Provide tailored relocation solutions for residential and commercial clients
- Prepare and present quotes negotiate pricing and close sales
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 35 years of proven experience in sales ideally within international services logistics or relocation
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads and close deals efficiently
- Self-starter with strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Comfortable working U.S. hours from a remote setup
- Experience using CRM tools
