Job Description
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Mechatronics Electrical Engineering or a software-related discipline
- 3 years experience in software control systems development
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in MATLAB and Simulink (mandatory)
- Experience with developing software for control systems
- Participation in structured peer reviews
- Advantageous:
- Experience developing UAV flight control systems
- Background in model-based design and simulation
- Analytical mindset and passion for engineering precision
- Ability to work in highly collaborative teams
KPAs:
- Design implement and maintain real-time flight control software
- Model and simulate dynamic systems using MATLAB/Simulink
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration
- Ensure code robustness testability and compliance with team standards
- Participate in review cycles for continuous quality assurance
- Contribute to the evolution of UAV platforms from concept to deployment
