Requirements:
Culinary qualification or certificate required
Food safety and hygiene certification
Matric Certificate
3 years Proven experience as a pizza chef or cook in a similar role
Knowledge of traditional and modern pizzamaking techniques
Ability to prepare dough sauces and a variety of toppings
Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment (e.g. pizza ovens dough mixers)
Flexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays
Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
