Job Description:
Selfmotivated draughtsman with a passion for renewable energy
Work with engineers to create detailed civil and mechanical drawings
Electrical knowledge is a plus
Tasks include:
- Inverter station/building design
- Component layout planning
- Solar module layout drafting
- Cable routing detail development
Proficient in AutoCAD for creating accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings
Collaborate with engineers to understand and incorporate design requirements
Calculate dimensions and determine material specifications for projects
Revise technical drawings based on the engineers feedback and project updates
The ability to work with multiple disciplines on projects
Minimum 2 years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
Qualification:
Grade 12 certificate or Technical N3 Matric Certificate
N4 / N5 MultiDisciplinary Drawing Office Practice or National Certificate
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
