Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the replacement of our existing securities lending system. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of securities lending processes significant experience within financial services proven project management experience strong communication skills and the ability to manage crossfunctional teams.
- Strong understanding of securities lending processes and related regulatory requirements.
- Extensive financial services experience including familiarity with market operations risk management and compliance.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA Trello).
- Exceptional organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities both written and verbal. Relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detailoriented with a strategic mindset.
