Job Description

Lead Product Engineer 6 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver coding fixes in Front Arena to resolve production issues implement BAU (Business As Usual) enhancements and support major BAU initiatives.
  • Implement changes across various Front Arena objects such as:

    • Trade

    • Instruments

    • Cashflows

    • TextObject

    • Settlements

    • Confirmations

    • Business Processes

  • Create and update Power BI dashboards and views.

  • Provide solution guidance and direction for data strategy initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and maintain regular communication on project/work statuses.

  • Document technical processes and user guides; provide training and handover to business or support teams as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to the banks technology policies and information security standards.

  • Support vendor engagement and communication processes.

Minimum Requirements
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Front Arena.

  • Experience working in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) sector.

Technical Skills
  • Front Arena technical experience 5 years

  • Python v3 5 years

Preferred / Beneficial Skills
  • Experience with Power BI

  • General banking experience
