Job Description

Contract position

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in related fields
  • Masters degree in business administration preferable
  • 10 years experience in change management
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Change Management Strategy plan including supporting artefacts
  • Plan and manage stakeholder engagements
  • Set up the Business network
  • Conduct the Change Impact Assessment and prepare action plans
  • Mobile business network to support key change Management activities
  • Liaise with training and communications leads to keep them updated on change activities and impacts
  • Prepare and Plan readiness assessment
  • Develop the Training Strategy and Training Needs Analysis for the Jump programme
  • Develop standards and templates
  • Plan and deploy sustainable handover to identified resources to ensure business ownership and alignment
  • Perform adhoc quality assurance of training materials and training delivery
  • Enabling and Supporting the Procurement Team with all communication activities relevant to their vendors and their internal teams
  • Prepare and customise examples of standard comms for review by agreed parties
  • Support the One SC Project to successfully deliver the communication messages for the programme and each project
  • Work with stakeholders groups to identify required activities to support target end state
  • Manage and organise engagement and communication plan
  • Prioritise the development of artefacts
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of all project communications as per the communications plan ensuring consistency of messages and approach
  • Manage internal project communications
  • Liaise with the Change Agent Network to coordinate and consolidate business wide communications requirements and agree tone / channels etc
  • Responsible for all Supplier Enablement comms with the support of the Supplier Enablement Lead and the Supplier Enablement Forum
