Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- University (First degree)
- Experience with Forensic Tools
- Experience with collecting and analysing data/evidence (5 years)
- Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)

Responsibilities:
- Implement and provide input on the design of required security measures such as firewalls or message encryption monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems
- Company Data Protection
- Implement and contribute to design of disaster recovery and contingency plans to protect company data
- Digital Investigations
- Perform website/applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor diagnose and correct performance issues
- Horizon Scanning
- Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on or usefulness to the organization
- Faults Diagnosis and Correction
- Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly
- Technical Developments Recommendation
- Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve quality of the website/portal/applications software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users needs.
- Documentation and Back up
- Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and back up files to ensure instant recovery if problems occur
- Operational Compliance
- Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organizations policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct and ensure own work adheres to required standards
- Identify within the team patterns of noncompliance with the organizations policies and procedures and with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct taking appropriate action to report and resolve these and escalating issues as appropriate
- Policy Development & Implementation
- Help develop procedures for an area of the organization and monitor their implementation
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools methods and formats

- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential
