Key purpose:
To manage all activities related to both internal and external needs on product branding trademarks marketing collateral development new product launches website and portal hosting as well as general marketing services. A key focus of the function is to ensure adequate liaison and support for our channel partner sales and marketing needs to successfully market and sell the company products/systems.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Devise develop and implement marketing collateral promotional material and training material. (e.g. flyers brochures animations/videos sales presentations)
- Develop and sustain the Company website customer portal apps. etc.
- ManageCompanys product brands.
- Manage all Trademark registrations and legal aspects regarding brand and product registrations.
- Develop editorial content for products to support PR activities within the channels.
- Liaise and support channel partners to promote Company products and to develop a market demand / pull from a diverse customer base. Also support channel events and exhibitions.
- Manage all branding aspects with regards to packaging and ensuring the brand is aligned throughout both channels externally.
- Manage the budget for all Companys marketing advertising branding and promotional activities
- Develop and maintain all internal communication including the company intranet internal documents value campaign and internal events
- Conduct market research using a variety of techniques such as surveys and provide the company with updated market and industry information in terms of size segments and application needs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the agreed marketing and sales strategies to proactively comment recommend amendments and propose revisions to existing product sales.
- Marketing support to HR with regards to their events and career fairs.
- Management of sponsorships pertaining to industry collaborations.
- Monitor positioning of the Company product opposite competitive offering.
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or similar discipline.
- 6 10 years experience in the sales and marketing environment.
- Fully literate in the following packages: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator WordPress)
- Global customer liaison experience (USA Europe & Australia) an advantage.
