Job Description

General Foreman BUILDING Stellenbosch


A reputable construction company based in Stellenbosch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead and manage various building projects in the region. If youre a hands-on professional with a strong background in site supervision quality control and team leadership we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors trades and site staff.
  • Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
  • Monitor progress prepare reports and liaise with project managers and clients.
  • Solve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years as a Foreman or General Foreman.
  • Strong knowledge of building methods materials and regulations.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications and a valid drivers license.
