Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors trades and site staff.
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Monitor progress prepare reports and liaise with project managers and clients.
- Solve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry with at least 5 years as a Foreman or General Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of building methods materials and regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously.
- Relevant qualifications and a valid drivers license.
