Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Test Analyst with hands-on testing expertise and proven experience in test execution for fast-paced project delivery.
Requirements
Critical Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in software testing with at least 12 years leading/coordinating a small test team.
- Solid experience in manual testing with exposure to automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium Postman SoapUI).
- Proficient with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira TestRail Azure DevOps HP ALM).
- Experience testing retail ERP POS CRM or e-commerce systems is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Understanding of API testing integration points and web/mobile testing considerations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum and DevOps environments.
- Exposure to automation frameworks
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and microservices is a plus.
