A leading mining group based in JHB is looking for a hands on Financial Supervisor to join their central finance team.

What youll be doing:
- Managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) function including reconciliation and supplier management
- Handling daily and monthly cashbook and AR processes including intercompany invoicing
- Leading month-end processes: invoice processing journals accruals
- Managing cash flow and communicating funding requirements accurately
- Supervising a junior team and reviewing financial outputs
- Assisting with internal and external audits ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policy
What were looking for:
- BCom in Accounting or Finance (essential)
- Minimum of 8 years experience in finance with strong AP and cash management focus
- Exposure to foreign supplier processing and hedging transactions
- Strong analytical time management and communication skills
- Leadership ability with a keen eye for detail and process optimisation
Nice to have:
- Advanced Oracle experience across AP AR and cashbook
- Experience in complex cost allocations and corporate finance environments
