At the University we have a long-standing commitment to equality diversity and inclusion (EDI) and hold EDI as one of our core line with continuing to deliver on our EDI commitments an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join our team of EDI professionals as our Diversity Data Analyst.

Based within People Services as Diversity Data Analyst you will report into the Head of EDI and have responsibility for data analysis and reporting to ensure we meet our statutory reporting requirements support our EDI charter mark submissions and the delivery of the Universitys EDI strategy.

In order to be successful you should be highly experienced in handling large data volumes with a critical thinking analytically tuned mindset along with proven ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and articulate clearly the analysis of data. You should have demonstrable experience of working collaboratively across teams and departments with both expertise and attention to detail to ensure data is presented with accuracy for purposes such as strategic planning and detailed annual reporting.
