- Lead the AI Culture Shift: Educate and inspire teams with real talk about AIwhat it can do what it cant and where it moves the needle
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in operations or manufacturing
- Experience working with technology vendors and consultants
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma Design Thinking or Agile methodologies
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations product development innovation or business transformation
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external partners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in English with effective communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Willingness to travel internationally
BEng/ Masters in Business/Engineering
