We are currently looking for a:

Manager CI

Pioneer process innovation as a Manager CI transforming our global fragrance and flavor business. Lead a team employing advanced methodologies and innovative thinking. Collaborate with stakeholders fostering continuous improvement. Facilitate workshops for impactful solutions. Leverage Six Sigma Lean and value stream mapping expertise to enhance efficiency. Utilize strong project management and communication skills to oversee change manage risks and ensure successful project delivery. Make a lasting global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute service improvement activities across the organization using process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders and LEAN champions across jurisdictions to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement workshops to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Drive the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity in business processes enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze process trends and variations to establish a robust continuous improvement tracking system.
  • Support the development and execution of a best-in-class continuous improvement strategy.
  • Oversee change initiatives from ideation to project completion ensuring alignment with internal governance and controls.
  • Gather requirements and drive process changes through various methods including interviews document analysis workshops and surveys.
  • Work with team members and business service departments to create new support materials like training reporting and systems enhancements.
  • Actively manage project risks anticipating potential issues and proactively offering solutions.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives are consistently identified reported and managed.
  • Set up and execute projects across jurisdictions conducting post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.

You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent. An MBA or Masters degree is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN certification.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in continuous improvement roles including project management and business analysis in supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma Lean value stream mapping and Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
  • Strategic agility and leadership skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in people development and coaching.
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
