Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using VIP Premier
- Perform batch imports and uploads for new employees
- Generate and manage bank ACB files
- Ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date
- Utilize Excel (formulas VLOOKUP etc.) to manage and analyze payroll data
- Work efficiently to meet tight payroll deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience with Sage VIP Premier
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas and VLOOKUP)
- Ability to run and manage batch imports and uploads
- Experience with generating ACB bank files
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
