Job Description

The role:

In this key role you will be taking inbound calls in a professional manner; handling and overcoming objections in a professional and effective manner; adhering to targets; taking inbound calls from an international customer base; handling both internal and external email correspondence to and from clients in line with quality standards; working towards resolution time periods quality standards and targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound international calls and email queries professionally.
  • Resolve queries within set time and quality targets.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce (SF).
  • Manage high call volumes and work to strict KPIs.
  • Follow established policies procedures and updates through ongoing training.
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency under pressure.
  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders (internal & external).

Experience and skills needed:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Exceptional telephonic communication skills.
  • Available for rotational shifts and weekend work.
  • Able to handle high-pressure environments and multitask effectively.
  • Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Foreign language proficiency used in a corporate environment.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to change and frequent updates.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Previous target-driven or call center experience.
  • Exposure to the travel industry (personal or professional).
  • Handle inbound calls & emails from global customers

*******Must be flexible to work 24/7 shift patterns******
