Job Description

Junior Field Guide Luxury Lodge KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R6500 R7000 (Negotiable Dependent on Experience) Live-In Position

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Junior Field Guide for a luxury lodge situated in KwaZulu-Natal. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly qualified guides to gain valuable experience in a Big 5 environment within a professional and high-end lodge setting.

Requirements:

  • FGASA NQF2 qualification

  • Valid PDP

  • Current First Aid Certificate

  • Big 5 experience or 5-star lodge exposure (open to recently qualified candidates)

  • Preferably male aged between 21 27

  • Strong communication and guest interaction skills

  • Passion for wildlife conservation and guiding

Working Schedule:

  • 3 weeks on / 1 week off work cycle

  • 7 days off per month

  • Meals provided while on duty

Package & Benefits:

  • Salary between R6500 R7000 negotiable based on experience

  • Live-in position with single accommodation and private bathroom

  • Uniform provided

  • Laundry service twice a week

  • Housekeeping twice a week

  • 3 meals per day

  • Tips/gratuities in line with company policy
