Salary:R800000 R960000 per annum
Location:Remote (South Africa-based with regular national travel)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage national retail store operations
- Develop and implement strategic retail plans and performance analysis
- Drive compliance with legal financial and operational standards
- Identify and implement retail and sales improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with supply chain legal and finance teams
- Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent execution of brand standards
- Inspire and motivate regional and store-level teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail operations management
- Proven track record in strategic planning and retail performance analysis
- Strong understanding of compliance legal and supply chain processes
- Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom or related field)
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel nationally including to Cape Town
- Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills
- Self-starter with a mature confident and motivating presence
