Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Fill Rate > 90% on project related jobs
Risk analysis and mitigation of potential risks to procurement and supply for projects
Accuracy of communication with all internal and external stakeholders
Plan and coordinate the procurement and supply of parts within the required timeframe for all projects
Monitor and analyse effectiveness and efficiency using qualitative and quantitative tools
Feed project parts requirements into the ERP system using the appropriate planning methodology while upholding department KPIs
Consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure the best outcome
Risk analysis and the effective mitigation of potential risks regarding the procurement and supply of parts for any project.
Competencies
Communication and Collaboration.
Demand Forecasting and Planning.
Strong computer skills particularly in Excel.
Proficiency in relevant ERP systems.
