Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives across business units
Integrate customer insight analytics into CRM strategy and execution
Collaborate with marketing data and IT teams to build targeted customer campaigns
Ensure CRM solutions meet both technical and customer engagement objectives
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM tools and processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
7 years in Project Management with a strong CRM focus
Proven experience in campaigning to customers customer engagement and customer insights
Background in financial services or enterprise-scale projects (preferred)
Able to start within 1 2 weeks
