Qualifications/Experience

• Relevant IT/Business Degree or equivalent experience
• SAP Certification in SAP PP
• SAP S4/HANA Certification PP/IBP

Essential Skills Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and customizing experience of SAP PP; APO/eSPP modules including Demand Planning module
• Excellent knowledge of Process Chain creation and setup BI info cubes batch job variants core interface integration models custom tables master data chains CIF enhancements and operational activities
• Working experience of S4/HANA implementation
• Excellent understanding of Supply Network Planning process - flow of demand and supply through Planning horizons from Demand Planning to Supply Network Planning
• Excellent knowledge of Supply Planning focused on stock replenishment stock ordering inventory management stock distribution/deployment (DRP) Planning optimizers in APO/eSPP
• Housekeeping daily monitoring batch job monitoring and queue monitoring/post processing
• Working knowledge of integrated/cross functional supply chain modules (SAP MM SAP SD Master data)

Advantageous Skills Requirements

• Supply chain planning tools (IBP APO eSPP)
• S4/HANA implementation/migration experience
• Agile Methodology experience
• ABAP debugging skills

Role Requirements

• Understand business requirements prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents with user sign-off for functional/technical design documents
• Proactively propose solutions to improve support of new business processes
• Execute required changes through configuration
• Interact with cross-functional consultants for integration requirements
• Prepare test data and documentation conduct Unit tests Regression tests and System Integration security tests
• Prepare user manuals and conduct training to business process owners
• Plan go-live milestones preparation and execution of migration cutover and Go-Live plus post Go-Live support activities
• Client interaction through meetings calls and emails
• Support troubleshooting resolving and closing Production Support tickets within defined SLAs
• Analyze and scope end-user authorization roles
• Update and maintain documentation as system functionality changes
• Execute according to Agile Methodology and attend all team meetings
• Transfer business requirements into functional concepts and specifications
