About the client
The Role
Were looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to be our remote go-to person for all things tech support. If youre the one friends and family always call when their devices stop workingand you love solving problemsthis could be a great fit.
Youll start with basic technical support tasks like password resets user account setup and troubleshooting common issues. As you gain experience theres room to take on more complex challenges. This is an ideal role for someone with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong communication skillsmore than years of formal experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal team members
- Handle common IT issues such as:
- Password resets
- Software/device access troubleshooting
- User account management and permissions
- Password resets
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and maintain our internal support ticketing system
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (hardware and software setup)
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during overlapping hours
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutions
- Document solutions and maintain internal knowledge base
What Were Looking For
- Tech-savvy and naturally curious
- Problem-solver with a calm can-do attitude
- Clear communicator especially in written English
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Previous IT support experience is a bonusbut not a must
