A leading company in the Beverage sector is looking for a SHE&R Admin to support its health safety environment and risk compliance functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-focused professional with strong knowledge of SHEQ systems and a passion for safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update SHEQ documentation and records in line with company policies and ISO standards
Assist with the implementation and monitoring of SHE&R programs across the site
Support audit preparation and conduct internal inspections to ensure compliance
Coordinate safety training sessions and ensure training records are current
Compile incident reports track corrective actions and follow up on close-outs
Assist in conducting risk assessments and updating the HIRA register
Liaise with relevant departments to ensure SHE&R communication is effectively maintained
Requirements:
SAMTRAC certification (essential)
HIRA
Sound knowledge of ISO 22000 and 45001
At least 2 years of SHEQ or SHE&R administration experience
Experience in the Beverage Food FMCG industry
Proficient in MS Office and SHEQ management systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
