Job Description

Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to handle internal and external quality complaints using the SAP system.
  • Participate in supplier on-site approval audits and annual audits.
  • Create and maintain quality documents including Control Plans Work Instructions and Check Sheets.
  • Prepare and follow up on PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for new projects.
  • Manage test equipment including calibration replacement purchasing and planning for new projects.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments and represent quality-related perspectives during daily shop floor meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as semi-automated assembly injection molding die-casting and aluminum machining is essential.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards is an advantage.
  • Use English good 4 skills.
