Job Description
Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to handle internal and external quality complaints using the SAP system.
- Participate in supplier on-site approval audits and annual audits.
- Create and maintain quality documents including Control Plans Work Instructions and Check Sheets.
- Prepare and follow up on PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for new projects.
- Manage test equipment including calibration replacement purchasing and planning for new projects.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments and represent quality-related perspectives during daily shop floor meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as semi-automated assembly injection molding die-casting and aluminum machining is essential.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards is an advantage.
- Use English good 4 skills.
