Job Description
- Study new regulations/ clients manual and have proper update/ training to all relevant teams/ Nghin cu cc lut cp nht mi /s tay khch hng mi v cp nht/ o to cho tt c cc nhm lin quan
- Responsible for new projects (new clients new protocols etc.)/ Chu trch nhim v cc d n mi (khch hng mi quy nh mi ca khch hng.)
- Provide technical advice and review reports for Report team (If need)/ Cung cp t vn k thut v bo co nh gi cho nhm Bo co (nu cn)
- Support Sales to explain technical matters to clients/ H tr b phn bn hng gii thch cc vn k thut cho khch hng.
- Coordinate with other teams or related parties to investigate complaints/ claims suggest solution for managements approval reply to clients and have proper actions to improve the situation/ Phi hp vi cc b phn khc hoc cc bn lin quan iu tra khiu ni/khiu ni xut gii php cp qun l ph duyt tr li khch hng v c hnh ng ph hp ci thin tnh hnh
- Communicate with relevant parties to clarify test requests test program/ Trao i vi cc bn lin quan lm r cc yu cu kim tra chng trnh kim tra
- Receive samples assign tests for sample according to clients request/ Nhn mu phn cng kim tra mu theo yu cu ca khch hng
- Log in log out sample on LIMS system as well as related files/ ng nhp ng xut mu trn h thng LIMS cng nh cc file lin quan
- Other assignments upon getting request from Manager/ Cc cng vic khc khi nhn c yu cu t Qun l
- Overall management and accountability on the performance of the TA team. / Qun l v chu trch nhim chung v hiu qu hot ng ca nhm TA.
- Assign jobs to subordinate staff train/ coach them and supervise/ review their performance. / Phn cng cng vic cho nhn vin cp di o to/hun luyn h v gim st/nh gi hiu qu cng vic ca h.
- Support for supervisor follow for quality management system (SOP forms guidelines quality database update etc.). / H tr gim st theo di h thng qun l cht lng (SOP biu mu hng dn cp nht c s d liu cht lng v.v.)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry/ Tt nghip C nhn chuyn ngnh Ha hc
- At least 3 - 5-year experience in job related to garment textile footwear toy or testing service/ C t nht 3 - 5 nm kinh nghim lm vic lin quan n may mc dt may giy dp chi hoc dch v th nghim
- English (Reading & Writing)/ Ting anh (c & Vit)
- MS Office/ Vi tnh vn phng
- Communication skill/ K nng giao tip
