Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- A certification or equivalent.
- N certification or equivalent.
- BTech in a relevant IT field is preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on all IOS Devices
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components in accordance with the companys guidelines and standards
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices
- Upsell and promote company products accessories and services based on customer needs
- Effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Handle challenging customer situations with patience empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions repairs and transactions
- Stay updated on the latest company products technologies and troubleshooting techniques
