Job Description
Our client based in Paarl is looking for a Group Accountant.
Applicant will be working within the group looking after a portfolio of the internal companys (group accountant).
We are in the process of setting up a group accounting firm which will service external companiesin the coming months.
Duties & Responsibilities
BCom Management Accounting Finance Accounting
CIMA SAIPA Tax Prac
2 years min training contract completed.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Financial Accounting & Taxation
Compliance & Audit
Payroll Processing & Financial Statement Preparation
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Leadership & team managementSKILL SET:
Preparation of financial statements variance and trend analysis.
Tax returns preparation and submission (corporate VAT).
Audit support and internal control implementation.
Proficiency in Xero Sage Pastel QuickBooks and SAP ERP.
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets.
CIPC Submissions and BBBEE compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Asana and CRM dynamics.
Management of a team.
Multitasking and prioritisation.
Problemsolving and attention to detail.
Planning and delegating.
Analytical troubleshooting.
