Job Description
Junior Developer Sales & Growth
Minimum requirements:
- Exceptional track record: top performer academically and in early career / other areas outside of academics (65 aggregate)
- Digital skillset: software development and analytics skills must be able to demonstrate this either a technical degree in computer science/ computer engineering or self taught but with some formal training and track record.
- Entrepreneurial mindset as demonstrated by track record
- 0 4 years experience
Responsibilities:
- Work on groundbreaking projects that push boundaries and drive success.
- Be instrumental in ensuring the triumph of the Account Manager and Merchant network across four countries.
- Have the opportunity to devise innovative strategies to increase their market share in both current and new markets.
- Crafting a competitor response automating branding distribution to hundreds of merchants throughout Africa
- Developing tools to recruit topquality individuals across six different countries and negotiating partnerships with major chain store merchants.
