Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum of 1 2 years of experience as a project administrator or coordinator.
Project Management Qualifications: Prince2 Foundation or any other Project Management qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating project activities ensuring alignment with the overall project plan and objectives.
Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation including schedules budgets and reports.
Monitor project progress identifying potential issues and escalating them as necessary.
Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders ensuring timely dissemination of information.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for various governance structures including the MQA Board and Project Committees.
Maintain project records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks related to procurement contracts and financial management.
Assist in organizing and coordinating project meetings including scheduling agenda preparation and minute-taking.
Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and organisational policies.
Provide general administrative support to the project team as required
