Based at their head office in Cape Town they prioritize exceptional service professionalism and seamless relocation experiences across borders.

The Role: Global Mobility Coordinator (GMC)
This office-based role is responsible for coordinating and managing relocation assignments throughout Africa. You will oversee the full lifecycle of services ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. The role demands strong administrative interpersonal and problem-solving skills with an ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the complete relocation process for corporate assignments across Africa.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.

  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

  • Solve logistical and service-related challenges quickly and creatively.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relocation activities.

  • Ensure all documentation and administrative requirements are fulfilled.

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in direct customer service.

  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Confident problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Resilient under pressure with strong stress management techniques.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint).

  • Adaptable proactive and solution-oriented personality.

Desirable Experience

  • Background in logistics HR mobility or related fields.
  • Travel experience within Africa.
  • Fluency in an additional language (French Portuguese or Spanish preferred).
  • Experience living or working abroad.
