Job Description
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Open Telemetry standards including endpoints and collectors.
Deploy and integrate IT Service Automation solutions (e.g. Rundeck).
Consult and support internal teams using automation frameworks.
Design develop and enhance IT monitoring and automation tools per user stories.
Provision infrastructure via JSON/YAML and IaC tools such as Terraform/Terragrunt.
Conduct testing feature releases and updates for IT automation systems.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including operation manuals and security concepts.
Contribute to agile team activities continuous improvement and innovation.
Essential Skills
IT Monitoring using Open Telemetry Grafana Prometheus etc.
IT Service Automation tools: Rundeck Windmill Ansible
Programming/Scripting: JavaScript Python Perl Shell
CI/CD and DevOps tools: GitHub Jenkins Nexus
Infrastructure Automation: AWS/Azure Docker Kubernetes (EKS AKS Rancher) Terraform
API Integration (REST Queues)
Secrets Management
Agile working methodology experience
Advantageous Skills
Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks servers storage cloud)
Enterprise Architecture understanding
ITIL certification/experience
Enterprise consulting experience
High integrity and proactive mindset
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Self-starter with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes independently
International travel readiness
Qualifications & Experience
IT qualification and/or relevant certifications
5 years experience in IT and DevOps roles
Proven expertise in cloud and enterprise automation solutions
Experience in large-scale system design and implementation
IT Monitoring, Open Telemetry, IT Service Automation, Java Script/Python/Perl/Shell, CI/CD, IaC, JSON
