Job Description

Our client in the banking sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager contract duration of 6 months.

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage building-to-building relocation facilities restructuring and large-scale organizational moves. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of relocation projects ensuring minimal disruption to business operations maintaining safety and compliance and delivering projects on time and within budget. Resource has to demonstrated experience managing projects involving facilities structures or organizational relocation from one building to another.


Key Requirements:

Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Project Management Facilities Management Engineering or related field.
  • PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience:
  • 510 years of project management experience with a focus on facilities office moves or building relocations.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site or complex relocation projects.
  • Experience working in a corporate or large organizational environment.
  • Relevant project experience with building-to-building moves.
  • Expertise in planning risk management stakeholder/vendor coordination and governance adherence.
  • Any certifications or industry qualifications pertinent to the role.
