Chef Luxury Tented Camp Timbavati Game Reserve
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Chef for an exclusive 8-sleeper luxury tented camp located in the heart of the Timbavati Game Reserve.
This live-in position offers the opportunity to work in a pristine wilderness setting while delivering a high standard of cuisine to discerning guests. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated creative and able to manage all aspects of kitchen operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily kitchen operations for up to 10 guests
Design and execute innovative high-quality menus
Ensure impeccable food presentation and service standards
Maintain strict stock control and produce regular costing reports
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
Package Includes:
Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience)
Live-in accommodation (en-suite room)
All meals provided
Uniform and laundry service included
3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
21 days annual leave
