Job Description
Leading a small team responsible for desktop server and systems support
Installing configuring and maintaining hardware software networks and peripherals
Troubleshooting Microsoft and Linux systems as well as PED/card payment devices
Managing and supporting Wi-Fi and tethered scanning equipment
Working with Unified Device Management Systems
Skills & experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in Desktop Support Systems Admin or Network Support roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and a working understanding of Linux
Solid experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP subnets DNS)
Previous exposure to PED/card payment devices and device management tools
Proven ability to lead support and troubleshoot in a high-demand environment
Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Information Technology or any relevant degree
