The role
As the Property and Events Management Lead youll oversee the management of HCCDCs asset portfolio ensuring compliance with the Asset Management Framework and delivering value-for-money outcomes. Youll manage leases licenses and events identify revenue opportunities and liaise with tenants contractors and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. Your work will help activate public spaces and support the strategic goals of the organisation.

What you will bring to the role
Experience in property and asset management including leasing compliance and stakeholder engagement
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
